Hand-wash in cold water with a mild soap or baby washing liquid or special sensitive fabric washing liquid, do not soak the dress. Do not scrub vigorously, wring or twist the garment. After washing you can add hair conditioner to your dress to make the fabric smoother and softer. Gently rinse the hair conditioner off.

Pat dry with a fluffy bath towel, roll the product in towel and after some time take out and hang straight to dry, avoid direct sunlight on silk.

Iron on a low heat setting while the product is a bit damp (under a cotton cloth) If the product is already dry you can always use some spray water to make it a bit wet before ironing, then it'd be easier to get it straight.
