Material: 70% Lace, 30% Silk
Hand-wash in cold water with a mild soap or baby washing liquid or special sensitive fabric washing liquid, do not soak the dress. Do not scrub vigorously, wring or twist the garment. After washing you can add hair conditioner to your dress to make the fabric smoother and softer. Gently rinse the hair conditioner off.

Pat dry with a fluffy bath towel, roll the product in towel and after some time take out and hang straight to dry, avoid direct sunlight on silk.

Iron on a low heat setting while the product is a bit damp (under a cotton cloth) If the product is already dry you can always use some spray water to make it a bit wet before ironing, then it'd be easier to get it straight.

Keep with similar colored clothes to prevent staining of lighter-colored clothes

Pre-Order and Customized Orders will ship an estimated minimum of 35 days, which already includes a time frame for order processing/manufacturing. These items will be shipped through Premium Express once they are completed/available.

Items may be returned by mail or in-store. The return time frame for online purchases is 7 days from the date of delivery and a receipt must be shown. Returned products should be provided with an invoice or discussion from our official consultants that do not have any flaws and damages, otherwise, the return process won�t be approved and won�t be refunded.

1. Custom-to-size option is available for certain products and will be available within 3 months from the date of deposit.

2. Custom-to-size items will require full payment to proceed to the next step. After the order has been placed, you will be contacted by an expert consultant immediately to proceed with custom measurements.

3. If a customer has a change in mind in 48 hours (3 days) time from the date of payment and notify the consultant via chat, the payment will be fully refunded.

4. Design modification requests will not be applied after the dress is more than 30% complete, as determined by, and at the sole discretion of VIETCHARM.
